My Personal Journey - India

The precise scales, distinct dimensions, and finished forms of built structures have always captivated me, from my early days as an eager student to my current role as an architect and interior designer. My passion took root in tenth grade when our house underwent a complete renovation. Watching the process unfold, as elevation walls were demolished, the structure expanded, and two additional rooms added, was mesmerizing. I was fascinated by the raw materials that were revealed behind the finished white walls, the skilled craftsmanship of the workers as they meticulously reconstructed spaces, and the intricate details involved in completing the newly designed interiors.

I believe this fascination inspired me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Architecture at one of India's premier institutions. During the rigorous five-year program, I progressed from designing individual spaces, such as bedrooms, kitchens, and conference rooms, which required a keen eye for detail, to developing the finesse needed to design large-scale structures, including hotels, universities, and apartment complexes. I excelled in technical design and maintained a strong proficiency in detailing material construction. Personally, I made some great friends during this journey who have been the wind beneath my wings, allowing me to soar high to this day.

After graduation, my inaugural venture into the professional realm of architecture provided me with invaluable opportunities to cultivate leadership skills, collaborate democratically with teams, and embrace the responsibilities of representing our organization while showcasing my individual prowess. A pivotal project that exemplified this journey was the comprehensive oversight I had over a sprawling 90,000 sq.ft mall in South India, guiding its evolution from design inception to the final stages of construction and execution. It was during this endeavor that my passion for interior design was ignited, setting the course for my subsequent endeavors.

In the realm of interior design, there is an undeniable joy in cultivating relationships with clients, deciphering their needs, and collaboratively crafting spaces that align with their aesthetic preferences and functional requirements. Guiding them through the intricacies of construction, introducing innovative methodologies, and closely engaging with them to actualize their visions on the ground is a process fueled by boundless creative energy.

It is within this dynamic landscape that I am propelled toward my long-term aspiration of establishing my own independent interior design practice. Through a commitment to excellence, innovation, and personalized client engagement, I am steadfast in my pursuit of transforming visions into tangible, awe-inspiring realities
